Worked in a number of IT companies in different roles: Huawei, Veeam Software, eKassir, Cloudberry Lab, SemRush for 12 years. Started the path as developer and engineer to product owner.

Made technical sales on EMEA and other markets. Has been company representative in many conferences as a speaker in English and Spanish. Participated in Yandex.Start and remote IIDF fund accelerator.

Valera Dubrava

Co-Founder & CTO

Experienced Chief Technology Officer with a demonstrated portfolio of developed tech projects. Focused on blockchains and crypto for the last 3 years.

Java development professional with strong expertise in building scalable backend systems and secure cryptocurrency solutions. Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering innovative blockchain solutions in fast-paced crypto environments.

Fullstack developer since 2014 with a strong focus on Python and JavaScript. Began working in blockchain in 2017 and quickly became an expert in the ERC-20 standard.

Experienced in building complete web and decentralized applications from frontend to smart contracts. Passionate about creating secure, scalable, and high-performance blockchain solutions.

Graduated from University of Southern Queensland and Far East Federal University majoring in World Economy and Business Administration in 2013.

Worked for Fluor Corporation and Arctic Neftegas Stroi as a financial and cost analyst for 2.5 years. Later got interested in digital marketing and web-analytics. Since then launched and analyzed 60+ PPC advertising campaigns for various local and international projects. Certified Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Yandex Direct and Yandex Metrika specialist.

With almost a decade of experience in graphic and interaction design, I have worked on projects with different teams and agencies, collaborating with some of the best professionals across various disciplines. I specialize in creating intuitive user interfaces and engaging digital experiences that combine aesthetics with seamless functionality.

Passionate about modern design systems and interaction patterns, I always strive to deliver polished, user-centered solutions. My goal is to turn complex ideas into clean, beautiful, and highly usable designs.

Magdim has over 10-year experience in international sales and business development. He was the director of sales at the Global Blockchain Forum in Silicon Valley, CA.

Throughout his career, he has successfully built strategic partnerships and expanded business presence across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He specializes in driving revenue growth and navigating complex sales cycles in the fast-evolving blockchain and cryptocurrency markets.

Mikhail Gladchenko

FRONT-END DEVELOPER

More than 8 years of hands-on experience in web development. Proven expertise in building complex CRM systems, high-load projects, and scalable products for international companies.

Strong skills in both UI and UX design, with a keen eye for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Participated as CEO in Yandex.Start and Google Startup Launchpad accelerator programs.

Started her IT career in 2008. Has gained experience in almost all the possible areas related with IT: web and software development, advertising, copywriting, analytics, marketing and sales.

Made technical sales including 200+ live demos on US and other markets. Certified Google Analytics specialist. Has launched a number of successful marketing campaigns for cryptocurrency-related projects.

BACKEND DEVELOPER

Took part in numerous local ACM and CTF challenges at Ural State University and reached the RuCTF finals. Actively participated in machine learning courses to deepen expertise in modern technologies.

Participated in the prestigious Yandex.Start accelerator program together with Pavel Shterlyaev and Mikhail Gladchenko. These experiences strengthened both technical problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in high-level teams.
